What Data We Process

When you place an order, we process the data you provide during the ordering process: name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (if provided), payment details, and the details of your order. When visiting our shop, technical information such as IP address, browser type, and access time is processed — this is necessary for the operation of the website.

Processors

Our shop is operated on the platform Shopify Inc. (1 Schuhmacher Court, Ottawa, ON K2K 0K6, Canada). Shopify processes personal data on our behalf. Data is processed on secure servers; Shopify provides the necessary technical and organizational security measures.

For payment processing, we use PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. Payment data is transmitted directly to PayPal and is subject to their privacy policy.

Cookies

Our shop uses technically necessary cookies to enable the ordering process (e.g. shopping cart). You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Data Retention

We store order data in accordance with legal retention obligations (generally 7 years under Austrian law). After that, the data is deleted.
