General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Last updated: June 2026.

1. Provider & Scope

These GTC apply to contracts between Kippe’s — Junior Company, c/o HTL Mössingerstraße Klagenfurt, Mössingerstraße 25, 9020 Klagenfurt am Wörthersee (“we”, “us”), and consumers or business customers (“you”) who order goods through our shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of goods does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of our order confirmation by email.

3. Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include any applicable statutory taxes. The product price is €6.50 per piece. Shipping costs are charged according to the Shipping & Delivery policy and are based on quantity: 1 piece €5, 2 pieces €5, 3 pieces €4, 4 pieces or more free (Austria). For international shipping (Germany, France, Italy, Latvia), shipping costs are €1 higher in each case (from 4 pieces onwards: €1).

Kippe’s is a Junior Company and falls under the Austrian small business regulation (Kleinunternehmerregelung). Therefore, no VAT is charged or shown separately.

4. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process. The full payment amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Delivery

We ship to Austria, Germany, France, Italy, and Latvia. Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days after receipt of the order. In case of delivery delays, we will inform you by email.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our Right of Withdrawal policy.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions under Austrian law apply. In case of complaints, please contact us at info.kippes@gmail.com.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Final Provisions

Austrian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Note: Kippe’s is a student-run Junior Company במסגרת Junior Achievement Austria. Business operations are conducted during the 2025/26 school year.
